AERONTOGEL services are exclusively available to individuals aged 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. Age verification may involve document submission, facial recognition analysis, and cross-referencing with international databases. Misrepresentation of age constitutes material breach of these Terms.

2.2. Account Security Obligations

Users bear exclusive responsibility for maintaining account security, including password confidentiality, two-factor authentication management, and device security. 3. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Financial Transactions and Virtual Assets

5.1. Virtual Asset Nature

Virtual assets within AERONTOGEL represent licensed access to digital content rather than currency or securities. 5.2. Transaction Finality

All financial transactions undergo irrevocable processing upon completion confirmation. Chargebacks, payment reversals, or transaction disputes initiated through financial institutions without prior Platform resolution attempts constitute breach of Terms, resulting in account suspension and potential legal action for damages.

6. Limitation of Liability

AERONTOGEL's liability for Platform-related claims is limited to direct damages not exceeding total fees paid by user during preceding twelve-month period. AERONTOGEL endeavors to maintain accurate Platform information but disclaims responsibility for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users should verify critical information through multiple sources before acting upon Platform-provided data.

7. Indemnification Obligations

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AERONTOGEL, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) User's breach of these Terms; (b) User's violation of applicable laws; (c) User-generated content; (d) User's unauthorized Platform use.

7.1. Legal Cost Coverage

Indemnification includes reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation expenses incurred by AERONTOGEL in connection with covered claims. AERONTOGEL maintains right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, with User cooperation required.

8. Dispute Resolution Framework

Disputes arising from Platform use shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration under International Chamber of Commerce Rules, with proceedings conducted in English. Arbitration occurs in a neutral jurisdiction mutually agreed upon, with arbitral award final and binding.

8.1. Class Action Waiver

Users waive rights to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings against AERONTOGEL. Claims must be pursued individually through arbitration, not as plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

8.2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by laws of the International Digital Services Jurisdiction, excluding conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

9. Modification and Termination Rights

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any Term provision does not constitute waiver of right to enforce same or any other provision subsequently.

12.1. Complete Agreement

These Terms, together with Privacy Policy and Platform-specific rules, constitute entire agreement between User and AERONTOGEL regarding Platform use, superseding prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
